Covid-19 Guidelines

All visitors must wear a face mask regardless of vaccination status.
Upon entering the building, all visitors will undergo a temperature check
- Any visitor who is not feeling well or have any of the following symptoms will be sent home immediately:
  - Feeling feverish or have an elevated measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.4-degree Fahrenheit
  - Persist cough that is worsening
  - Shortness of breath
  - Sore throat
  - Headache
  - Muscle pain
  - Diarrhea
  - Repeated shaking with chills
  - Loss of taste and/or smell
  - Had any close contact with someone who has tested positive (confirmed by a medical practitioner) with COVID-19
Wash hands often
Practice social distancing
